Terms and Conditions

Dentrade Company Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Dentrade Company Ltd. when Dentrade Company Ltd. decides that the account has been inappropriately used. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

You may request deletion of your Dentrade Company Ltd account by sending an email to info@dentrade.com.mt.

Sales Policy

Preventing Underage Purchases of Alcoholic Beverages
1. Purchases of alcoholic beverages may not be made by anyone under 16 years of age.
2. The customer must provide, a valid date of birth that verifies age when creating an account.
3. All deliveries require an adult's signature.

Payments
Payments for orders are to be made on collection or delivery . Special Arrangements may be made for the payment of orders for Wedding Receptions and Parties.

Prices and Quality
The prices quoted on Dentrade's Portal are resale prices and the quality of the products is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return the goods to Dentrade Company Ltd. at the address quoted on the contact page for a full refund.

Delivery
A Delivery service is available to all customers ordering via our website, phone or fax – on placing an order our staff will contact you to agree on a suitable delivery date and time. Kindly note that you cannot checkout online orders with a value lower than €30.

Returns
Should for any reason you decide to return any unopened bottles, which are surplus to your requirements, a full refund will be made if you return the goods within 10 days of delivery. This does not apply to white wine, sparkling wines, champagne beers and other chilled products.
